Staff says bids were unsealed earlier after technical issue with county system
County staff reported a log-in/display problem with the procurement system and said they unsealed the bids in the staff office five minutes earlier so a commissioner could read them into the record; the board ratified that action.

A staff member told commissioners the new chambers system had some bugs and that they had opened the procurement files in their office so a commissioner could read the submissions into the record. "I went ahead and did that in my office about 5 minutes ago," the staff member said, then asked the board to ratify or acknowledge that the bids had been unsealed.
