Town Manager Thomas Dansie said the Zion Regional Collaborative (ZRC) Coordinator position had been funded by multiple partners in prior years and that recent partner withdrawals required an adjustment to compensation and scope. The Council approved an Independent Contractor Agreement naming Emily Freedman as coordinator and authorized a Springdale commitment of $11,680.
