During the board's quarterly jail visit at 10:30 A.M. on July 31, Holt County Sheriff Ben Matchett presented the Distress Warrant Closing Report. The Board of Supervisors voted to accept the report on a motion by Supervisor Neiman, seconded by Supervisor Linquist. Voting aye were Neiman, Tielke, Breiner, Treptow, Linquist and Paxton; Frahm was recorded absent.
