Housing Director Hannelore Dysinger reported to the board that two housing projects in Crawford County required re-bidding and each returned a single proposal. She said one of the projects was divided into two separate projects to allow use of CDBG Program Income for the portion that meets emergency criteria, and that homeowner income and asset eligibility must be re-verified because the projects could not close within original grant guidelines.
