At its Feb. 3 meeting, the Town of Elkton Council Committees approved an engineering services fee proposal for construction phase services related to water system improvements. Council member Virginia Fulginiti moved to approve the proposal as presented by Town Manager Greg Lunsford; Council member Jan Hensley seconded and the motion carried 5‑0.
