During public comment, resident Mario Sandoval (17829 Paxton) told the board that several families on his block who tied into Lansing water and sewer when they incorporated are paying for service while neighboring unincorporated properties are not being billed. He also expressed concern about speeding, truck traffic and other traffic violations on his street; the minutes record that Mr. Sandoval "was directed to Chief Phillips for his traffic concerns."
