The Legislature on Dec. 17 adopted a bond resolution to finance the Monroe Community College (MCC) Applied Technology Center S.T.E.M. Addition, authorizing the issuance of up to $69,634,000 in county bonds and superseding the bond resolution adopted in December 2023. The matter was introduced as Intro. 529 (Res. 442.br) and recorded as a matter of urgency; the recorded vote was 26–0.
