The Monroe County Legislature adopted Local Law (Intro. No. 334 / 24-0341.LL) authorizing a negotiated lease with Bell Atlantic Mobile Systems LLC, doing business as Verizon Wireless, at Innovative Field. Sponsors Barnhart and Maffucci moved to lift the local law from the table and then to adopt it; the main motion passed unanimously, 29–0.
