Staff reports improvements at several blighted properties
Code-enforcement staff reported that 713 Oak is showing daily improvements, 506 Locust has been updated, 404 Locust lacks a clear title for demolition, and 118 E Railroad is in the hands of the village attorney.

Brian Lamphere gave updates on several properties flagged as blighted. According to the minutes, 713 Oak "has been making improvements with updates every day," and 506 Locust "has been updated." Lamphere said 404 Locust wants to demolish a blighted mobile home but currently lacks title; that situation is "in process." He added that 118 E Railroad is being handled by the village attorney.
