Board approves Love variance for garage after site plan update
The BZA approved a variance for Kevin and Chastity Love at 3333 Rocky Point Rd. after an updated site plan attached the new garage to an existing building, placing it roughly 22–23 feet from the side line instead of the originally reported location.

The Clark County Board of Zoning Appeals approved June 25 a variance for Kevin and Chastity Love to allow an accessory building closer to the side property line than the 25 feet required in the A‑1 Agricultural district. Staff presented an updated site plan showing the proposed 30-foot-wide building attached to the existing garage; the revised measurements placed the new structure about 22–23 feet from the parcel line, and staff and the engineer indicated attaching the building avoided greater disturbance to the site and leach field.
