Neighbors press Storm King project on drainage, SWIP and flood risk

Several residents told the board that recent site changes at the lower portion of the golf course have altered local hydrology and increased flooding risk. "My property has been flooded several times by the golf course since they started construction," one resident said and pressed the applicant to show where emergency overflow paths are and to confirm that the project will reduce impervious cover.
