After the meeting Laura Brown sent a clarification email to commissioners noting that Supervisor Lenker is locked out of his township email account because he has not completed mandatory online cybersecurity training required by township insurance. Brown wrote that messages are likely sitting in his inbox but that he cannot access them until the training is completed; she added that Lenker reads hard‑copy supervisor packets and will receive the planning commission memo that way.
