Planning Commission tables multiple development plans at applicants' requests
Summary
At its Jan. 8 meeting the commission tabled several plans after applicants requested continuances, including Hunters Glen, Sporting Green Apartments, the Silver Spring PFAS Treatment Plant, the McGuire subdivision and the Donald Lenk nursery plan.
Several applicants asked the commission to table items on the agenda, and the Commission granted those requests by motion.
On a Secary/McDonald motion the Commission tabled the Hunters Glen Preliminary Subdivision and Land Development Plan. The Lot Add-On & Land Development Plan for Sporting Green Apartments was tabled on a McDonald/Helman motion after the applicant asked for more time. The Commission also tabled the Silver Spring PFAS Treatment Plant, the David K. & Deborah A. McGuire subdivision plan, and the Donald Lenk nursery plan at applicants' requests. Each tabling motion carried.
Commissioners did not take substantive votes on these plans at the Jan. 8 meeting; applicants will return with revised materials or requests for later hearings.
