Attorney Sean Shultz told the Commission that warehousing and distribution are not permitted in the township’s Light Industrial (I1) zone and that the Comprehensive Plan Amendment is intended to address existing nonconforming uses by encouraging adapted uses compatible with I1. Commissioners voted to forward the amendment to the Board of Supervisors with a recommendation for approval.
