Planning Commission forwards Locust Point land swap plan to supervisors

Scott Aken of Aken Engineering presented a preliminary/final re‑subdivision plan for properties along Locust Point Road, describing it as a family land swap that will divide two existing parcels into three, with one designated a non‑building lot. The Commission asked for plan revisions to reflect the township’s required 30‑foot right‑of‑way from the road centerline and to note an existing easement on the plan.
