Chairman Mark Moy reviewed submitted plans and said the project would include two 1,200‑square‑foot apartments with two two‑car carports, one on each end. Following that review, Commissioner Richard Cotton moved to recommend approving a building permit for a duplex on Block 127 Lot 2 and the west 10 feet of Lot 3; Commissioner Dana DeFrange seconded.
