The roll-call tally for the motion was recorded as five yes votes (Ms. Campbell, Mrs. Grandison, Mrs. Host, Mr. Peters, Mrs. Wolf), and the motion carried. The board also confirmed acceptance of the donation as presented; the donation was listed in the Treasurer’s recommendations approved under items A–D.
