Votes and actions at State Building Commission meeting: consent agenda, projects and reports adopted

The State Building Commission recorded multiple approvals during the meeting: the consent agenda items 1 through 10 were adopted; a UT pre‑development agreement for the National Security Prototype Center in Oak Ridge was approved; the TCAT Nashville Sumner County campus expansion and renovation scope and early design funding were approved; a revision and funding action for the West Tennessee Veterans Nursing Home Project was approved; and the commission received routine Office of the State Architect reports (including five change orders, one bid withdrawal, three capital projects between $100,000 and $1,000,000, and other items).
