Commissioner Gail Fry moved and Commissioner Ron Matheson seconded that the commission enter executive session at 5:18 p.m. on Dec. 22 to discuss potential litigation; the motion carried unanimously. After private discussion, Commissioner Michelle Jamieson moved and Mayor Terry Carter seconded to reconvene the regular meeting at 6:38 p.m.; that motion also carried unanimously.
