The mayor introduced a resolution authorizing the mayor of the City of St. Clair to enter into a settlement agreement with Boulder Development Corporation to resolve pending litigation (case number read on the record). Administrator Wilkins said there was "not really much to say here" and recommended approval of the settlement agreement.
