Willard City Manager Jeremy Kimpton presented the draft Economic Development Strategic Plan on May 14, noting it was produced under a grant and recommended the types of commercial and industrial development the city should pursue. Staff clarified that South Willard is included and that the city does collect transient tax revenue tied to Willard Bay State Park.
