The Loyalton City Council unanimously approved Contract Amendment #1 to modify contract time for DOWL Engineering's Task Order #15 during its Aug. 12 special meeting. Council Member J. Dines moved the amendment and Council Member B. Mertton seconded; the roll call recorded Mayor Markum, B. Mertton, J. Dines and J. Gerow as voting Aye (4-0).
