The Loyalton City Council on Aug. 12 approved Change Order #1 for the citys water main replacement project, revising the contract price and contract time with contractor RDC. Council Member B. Mertton moved and Council Member J. Dines seconded the motion; the roll call vote recorded Mayor Markum, B. Mertton, J. Dines and J. Gerow as voting Aye (4-0).
