Board members discussed scheduling conflicts and agreed to change the regular meeting cadence for June to the 2nd Tuesday so more members can attend. "So for the month of June, I did have it on the schedule already for the 10th, which is the Wednesday... So let's move it to the 2nd Tuesday for now. So that would be June 9 at 01:00 here," the chair said while confirming member availability.
