At a timed item labeled Route 49 Partners, developer Doug Lawlor told the Loyalton City Council he plans to redevelop a trailer park site into 52 new homes and sought permission to approach Sierra Valley Ground Water Management about drilling a well to serve the project. By council consensus the council authorized Lawlor to pursue the drilling agreement; Councilmembers B. Mertton and J. Gerow volunteered to meet with him to stay informed.
