The O'Brien County Board of Supervisors appointed Mike Scroggin to a six-year term and Joe Sikora to a two-year term on the county Civil Service Commission during its Feb. 17, 2026 meeting. The motion to appoint the two candidates was moved by Rohwer and seconded by Thomas; the proceedings state the motion "carried by all ayes."
