Commissioner S4 argued the draft's 25-foot presumption should be replaced with the township's traditional standard, saying, "the right of way is presumed to be 33 feet wide." Members discussed using an attached exhibit to list specific roads and their established widths so the ordinance would not unintentionally shrink existing rights-of-way created by deeds or recorded plans.
