Authority votes to replace CPA engagement; fee increases by $5,400

Member Josh Powers moved to rescind the engagement letter with Christopher Turner, CPA PLLC to prepare the modified-cash-basis financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2025, citing a change in the scope of work. Vice-Chairman Ryan John seconded the motion; Chairman Johnny Owens and both members voted aye and the motion passed.
