Emergency management reports multiple fires, controlled burns and service calls
Summary
Emergency Management Director Clint Langford reported 42 EMRs, 24 controlled burns, one vehicle fire, two structure fires, six outside fires, four service calls, a smoke investigation and four fire alarms in the week reported to the Facilities Authority.
Clint Langford, Comanche County Emergency Management Director, presented the weekly activity summary on June 8. Langford reported "forty-two (42) EMR's, twenty-four (24) controlled burns," and a range of other responses including structure and vehicle fires and fire alarms.
The counts Langford provided were delivered as the department's routine weekly report to the Facilities Authority; no formal action followed the presentation.
