The Village of Spring Grove board voted unanimously on July 21 to approve its consent agenda, which included approval of pay estimate #2 to Payne & Dolan for the 2026 Road Program and a contract change order for that program. Trustees Askley Britt, Mike Gajewski, Roll Heaney, Jeff Letzter and Jill Loring recorded aye votes; Trustee Katie Fitzgerald was absent.
