The Anna ISD Board approved the schematic design for Ora Bell Russell Elementary during its Oct. 17 meeting. The design was presented by Claycomb Associates (Aron Lee), and a motion by Jason Adams, seconded by Monty Renfro, carried unanimously to approve the schematic as presented.
