Trustees approve district and campus improvement plans

Alex Bass moved to approve the plans and Jennifer Burnett seconded; the minutes record the vote as unanimous. The meeting record lists the presenters and notes approval but does not include the full CIP/DIP text within the minutes; full plans are maintained in district files.
