Bastrop ISD trustees approve consent agenda including multiple RFP awards
The board unanimously approved the consent agenda on Oct. 15, which included Sept. 17 meeting minutes, multiple vendor RFP awards (BA02-2023, BA03-2024, BA04-2024, BA05-2024, BA06-2024, BA07-2024), the IMA expense report, and appointment of T-TESS appraisers.

President Ashley Mutschink asked whether any member wished to pull items from the consent agenda. Trustee Kellye Seekatz moved and Trustee Billy Moore seconded a motion to approve the consent agenda, which included the minutes of the Sept. 17 regular meeting; approval of multiple competitive procurement awards (General Electrical Supplies, Equipment, & Services RFP #BA03-2024; HVAC Contracted Services RFP #BA02-2023; Plumbing Gas Line Supplies, Equipment, Services RFP #BA04-2024; Grounds/Landscape Supplies, Equipment Repairs and Services RFP #BA05-2024; Janitorial/Custodial Repairs, Parts, Equipment and Services RFP #BA06-2024; Maintenance/Facilities Supplies, Equipment and Services RFP #BA07-2024); the IMA expense report; and appointment of T-TESS appraisers. The motion carried unanimously.
