Assistant Superintendent Austin Crawley reported that Bartlett ISD's Teacher Incentive Allotment (TIA) application "did get accepted," and said the first year will serve as a data year with funding contingent on meeting growth goals in the second year. He also told trustees the district is still working on a FEMA grant and that security and summer safety trainings are planned.
Earlier in the meeting Crawley led a public hearing to discuss Bartlett ISD's intent to apply for federal ESSA Consolidated Grant funds for 2025–2026. The hearing provided the formal notice and opportunity for public comment; no public comment was recorded on the item.
