The River Ridge Community Development District board adopted Resolution 2024‑07 on Aug. 27, 2024, formally approving the annual appropriations for the fiscal year beginning Oct. 1, 2024 and ending Sept. 30, 2025. Chuck Adams told the board the budget included scrivener errors that were corrected before the vote, including a revised description for street‑sweeping.
