After board and public questions for clarification, Ashley Mutschink moved and Priscilla Ruiz seconded a motion to approve submitting an application for the OFSDP for eligible students for 2026–2027. President Dillon called for a show-of-hands vote; the minutes record the motion as "MOTION CARRIED UNANIMOUSLY." The board did not attach additional conditions to the approval in the minutes.
The hearing record in June included discussion of compliance and district commitments needed to maintain the program; no public comment opposing the application was recorded in the minutes. The approval authorizes district administration to submit the application and continue the program pending any external reviews or approvals.
