The Wayne County Commissioners voted unanimously to ratify DCED Contract No. C000096480, accepting $446,659 in Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funds for the period Jan. 14, 2026 through Jan. 13, 2030. Commissioner Brian W. Smith moved the ratification and Commissioner Jocelyn Cramer seconded the motion. (SEG 023)
