The Burleson ISD Board of Trustees adopted a resolution on Jan. 13 authorizing payment to staff during a district closure and gave the superintendent authority to pay employees according to the resolution's terms. Mrs. Dallas Owen made the motion and Mr. Ryan Richardson seconded it; the official minutes record that the board approved the resolution and authorized the superintendent to implement it.
