Chief Financial Officer Norma Friddle presented the proposed 2026–2027 compensation plan for Bryan Independent School District and recommended board approval to align pay and benefits with the district's budget priorities. After a short presentation, Trustee Felicia Benford moved to adopt the plan and Trustee Ruthie Waller seconded the motion.
