The Civil Service Commission reviewed proposed changes to its draft rules at a meeting Feb. 9 in the City Council Chambers in Cheney. Commissioner Rick Campbell said the commission expects the civil service secretary to be present for oral boards, saying the "civil service secretary must attend oral boards for all positions."
