The Omak City Council on Feb. 17 approved Resolution 16-2026, authorizing Amendment No. 6 with Gray & Osborne, Inc. to provide professional engineering services for the City Water System Plan. Public Works Director Wayne Beetchenow told the Council the amendment supports the system‑level planning effort.
