Board President Brandon Huber called the trustees into closed session at 7:40 p.m. under Texas Government Code sections 551.074 (personnel), 551.129, 551.082 (student discipline), 551.076, 551.071 (legal counsel), and 551.087 (competitive matters). The board exited closed session at 9:05 p.m. and reported there were no matters to take action on.
