The Frost Independent School District Board of Trustees approved Gallagher Construction as the Construction Manager–Agent for future bond projects at its Sept. 16 special meeting. Trustee Bobbette Butler moved the approval, Trustee Ryan King seconded, and the motion passed 5-0.
