At its Sept. 16 special meeting the Frost Independent School District Board of Trustees voted 5-0 to approve Construction Manager–Agent (CM‑Agent) as the delivery method for future bond projects. Trustee Michael Welborn moved the motion and Trustee Jason Curl seconded it.
