City proposes $1.5M REMP allocation to boost building efficiency and decarbonization incentives

Staff proposed allocating $1.5 million from the Renewable Energy Mitigation Program (REMP) — $700k existing and $802k supplemental — to expand community incentives for building efficiency, with 90% for direct incentives and 10% for BuildingIQ participation support.
