The board approved the 2025 band trip and later adopted budget amendments during the Dec. 16 meeting. For the band trip, Lonnie Murphy moved "I move to approve the 2025 band trip," and Matt Grier seconded; the motion passed 6–0 with one member absent. Later in the agenda Scott Cessna moved to approve budget amendments and Lonnie Murphy seconded; that motion also passed 6–0 with one absence.
