The Happy ISD board passed a resolution Nov. 11 to cast all five of the district's votes for Diane Thurman for the Randall County Appraisal District board of directors. Mace Middleton moved the resolution and Cherre Juarez seconded; the minutes record the vote as Yea: 5, Nay: 0, Absent: 2.
