The Harleton ISD Board approved the 2026–27 Transfer Policy in a unanimous vote on March 10, 2026. Ben Wilson moved the measure and Brian Fitzgerald seconded; recorded yes votes included Tim Skaggs, Harvey Fox, Jacob Muehlstein (President), Pat Mc Gill and Kevin Evers. The minutes record no votes against the policy.
