After a presentation by Jim Singleton of SZS Architecture, the Halletsville ISD Board voted to approve a Request for Proposals for Construction Manager-at-Risk services and the district's design development drawings. The board approved the RFP "as presented with amendments from legal counsel," in a motion by Dennis Herring seconded by Ryan Bludau; both motions carried 6-0.
