Trustee Darryl Owens moved, seconded by Trustee Esteban Cerda, to approve the proposal from My Tech High, Inc., d.b.a. OpenEd, for a virtual instruction program pursuant to Texas Education Code Chapter 30B and to delegate authority to the superintendent to negotiate and execute an agreement. The board approved the motion unanimously with all present voting in favor.
